Our Quality Assurance also includes management of the quality of raw materials, fabric and color composition, products and components, services related to production, and management, production and inspection processes.Our experience quality assurance teams manage all phases of product production using well planned and designed quality systems; who not only conduct inspections but also follow three-tier inspection system from the time the orders are placed to the time the product is ex-factory. This three-tier system includes Initial, Mid-line and Final Inspections; as per the agreed upon AQL level. Quality Assurance process is carried out at each stage starting from the sample development. For testing, we work with BVCPS, SGS. This thorough setting of standards, risk analysis and building quality rigor ensures that buyer expectations are always met and often surpassed. We also undertake third party quality inspections if required by the client as per the agreed or required AQL levels.

Risk are reduced by inspecting accessories , performing Color Matching checks, Fabric Inspection, Lab dip testing, Daily Cutting checking, Wash testing, Knitting & Flannel Inspection, Measurement Spec checking.
First finished products are checked against buyer’s specifications and a prototype sample. Deviations are identified and corrected.
Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the best quality standard of production runs.
The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected individually is based on specification of the buyers and it cover criteria such as design/ style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, marking, colors, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements and packing.
